What do I do if I have a problem with my product?

Our delivery team will ask you to inspect your products with us before signing for acceptance. Please carefully check the items for any faults or damages before signing. If you notice any defects or have received the wrong products, notify the delivery team immediately.

If an issue is overlooked, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and take necessary steps. To report a problem within 14 days of your delivery date, fill out our contact form to contact us.

For product issues after 14 days, please visit our Warranty Page and submit a Warranty Claim Form.

How do I request an exchange?

If you need to exchange your product, we are happy to help. To initiate an exchange, click on contact page and contact us. Our team will review your request and give further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

How do I request a refund?

If you wish to return an item, click on contact page and contact us to begin the return process. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with your refund.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period on all products. This period starts from the date of your delivery. If you wish to return a product, it must be in an unused, brand-new condition and wrapped in sufficient packaging.

You can amend your order up to two working days before delivery. If you need to make changes, contact us, and we will discuss any modifications, including pricing and delivery date adjustments.

**Note:** Our warehouse is only open to accept returns from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
